At Podpups, every order is crafted with love and care, and we want your magical Disney-style pet art to reach you safely and on time.

Processing Time

• Custom Design Creation: 2–3 business days

• Glow Frame Assembly & Quality Check: 1–2 business days after artwork approval

We will send you a preview for your approval before printing or framing. Your order will only be shipped once you confirm the design.

Shipping Time

• USA & Canada: 8–12 business days

• UK, EU, Australia: 8–15 business days

• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Note: Shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons (e.g., Halloween, Christmas).

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Customs & Duties

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us at support@podpups.com within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
