Can I see my clothing design before it is shipped?

Of course. We offer free, unlimited revisions on all orders. We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied. You'll get an email when your design is ready to review.

Can I have more than one pet on my clothing design?

Our custom pet knitwear only allows 1 pet on the garment. Our cotton sweatshirts allow up to 2 pets per garment.

What if I don't like my design?

if you don't like your artwork, you can request changes. We'll edit the artwork and send it back to you for another look. We ship once you're happy with your order.
If you don't like your item once received, we'll redo the art and replace it free of charge.

What if it doesn't fit me?

We have size guides on all product pages. But if your item does not fit, we'll replace it free of charge.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If you don't like your design we'll edit it free of charge until you say you love it. If you receive your order and for some reason you don't like it, we'll redo the design and replace it for you.
